Be My Valentine

Valentine’s Day is just a few days away. Annie and I spent today getting ready for her party at school next week. Pinterest is flooded with ideas for fun and unique Valentine’s crafts. I had no idea what we were going to do this year but I knew it wouldn’t involve buying the boxed cards from Target.

Annie signed her name on all her Valentine’s, and got to the job of coloring each of the 16 hearts for the kids in her class.

We stapled the front and back together leaving just enough room to fill her heart packages.

All done and ready for her party on Tuesday.

We’re also including these cute little Hershey’s “diamond rings”. I thought they were adorable and Annie loves all things that have to do with dress up and being girly.

Tomorrow we will put together the Valentine’s gifts that we are making for her teachers and she’ll be ready to party on Valentine’s Day.
